    Shipping

    • Prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and ships rolled in a protective hard tube.
    • Free delivery worldwide via DHL is provided however import duties (if any) will be borne by the buyer.
    • Custom duties vary by country and it is advised that you check with your relevant customs to avoid unexpected fees, especially outside of the ASEAN Free Trade Area, Australia, Chile, India, Japan, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Turkey.
    • I use a third-party printer so please allow 7-14 days for  delivery from the date of order. You will receive a tracking number. Do not change your delivery address with DHL once parcel is en route as this will incur an additional charge.

    Returns

    • All orders are final and no cancellations are accepted.
    • You may request a return if there is a defect or damage to the product upon receipt.

  • Care Instructions

    Store your print flat and keep in contact with the acid-free tissue paper it is packaged with until framed. Handle with clean and dry hands. Giclée prints are made with pigments that last a lifetime but any ink that is exposed to direct sunlight can fade over time so have that in mind for display!
